These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services, consultations, offers, and contractual relationships between

and its clients (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).
Deviating terms and conditions of the Client shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by TrustCon.
TrustCon provides, in particular, the following services:
The specific scope of services results from the respective offer, agreement, or individual arrangement with the Client.
The services provided by TrustCon do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or financial/investment advice within the meaning of regulated professional services.
All information is provided solely for general informational and structuring purposes. The Client is responsible for obtaining advice from duly licensed professionals (tax advisors, attorneys, financial advisors) before making decisions.
A contract is concluded through:
TrustCon reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.
The Client undertakes to:
TrustCon shall not be liable for delays or damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.
All prices are net amounts unless otherwise stated.
TrustCon is not subject to VAT. The reverse-charge procedure applies where applicable.
Invoices are due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
In case of late payment, TrustCon reserves the right to:
TrustCon shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, additional tax assessments, regulatory changes, or decisions by authorities, banks, or third parties is excluded.
In particular, TrustCon assumes no liability for:
TrustCon may cooperate with external partners (e.g., fiduciaries, banks, hosting providers, mining partners). TrustCon assumes no liability for services rendered by such third parties.
Contracts with third-party providers are concluded directly between the Client and the respective third party.
Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information received in the course of cooperation as strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the TrustCon website.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Services already rendered remain payable.
All content, concepts, texts, graphics, and documents provided by TrustCon are protected by copyright law. Any reproduction or use without express consent is prohibited.
TrustCon reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.
English law shall apply, excluding conflict of law provisions.
The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, shall be England (UK).
Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
